Unlike other insurers we don’t use your personal details to impact your price. All we’ll need is your name, DOB, address and contact details to set up your subscription.

A few final questions

At this stage we need to ask you some final questions, to make sure our subscription is right for you and that in the event of a claim everything can go smoothly.

Choose your charity

25% of what we make from your subscription gets donated to a charity of your choice. You can pick from: Railway Children, Rainforest Trust UK, ShelterBox & YoungMinds.

Start your subscription

Finally, you’ll just need to provide your payment details to activate your subscription. After this is complete your cover will renew on the same day each month as a recurring card payment.

Add to your wallet

Keep your cover close by adding it to your Apple or Google wallet and ensure it’s there when you need it most. You’ll also receive your policy documents via email shortly after signing up.

Making a claim

If the worst does happen, you can register a claim for your item online or over the phone. Next provide some documentation for your item (Proof of purchase e.g., receipt) and pay your excess amount. We’ll take care of the rest.

Proof of purchase

Having proof of purchase is crucial. This document confirms your ownership and the phone's value, which is essential for processing your claim. Proof of purchase helps verify the device's make, model, and price and ensures accurate compensation for repairs or replacements. It also simplifies the claims process, reduces delays, and supports your case in the event of a dispute.

To ensure you can make a claim if the worst were to happen, always keep your proof of purchase safe and accessible.

Device age

To ensure your phone qualifies, it needs to meet specific age and purchase criteria. Your device must have been bought in the UK within the last 24 months to guarantee it receives our protection. For second-hand phones, we require a minimum active 12-month warranty and that it was purchased within the last 24 months.

Plus, your phone must be in good condition—not lost, damaged, or stolen—at the time of insuring.

new or refurbished

When it comes to insuring both new and refurbished phones with Arma Karma, we’ve got you covered. For second-hand devices, they must have a minimum active 12-month warranty and must have been purchased within the last 24 months. Additionally, the phone model must be under 36 months old from its UK release date. By meeting these criteria, we ensure that your device—whether brand new or expertly refurbished—receives the comprehensive protection it deserves, giving you confidence and peace of mind.
