You can! As long as the macbook is less than 2 years old since purchase, and you’ll still need to provide a receipt should you make a claim – so ask the gifter to keep this safe!

We do our best to get claims resolved as quickly as possible. Usually, we can resolve a claim within 48 hours, however, this may depend on what type of claim is being made.
