This depends on the price ad type of your gadget, but our cover starts from as little as £1.99
What devices can I protect with my gadget insurance subscription?
As long as it was purchased in the UK and was purchased within the last 3 years, we can cover virtually any device you'd find in the home.
How does the Arma Karma gadget insurance subscription work?
Just enter the details of your item and a little about yourself, choose your charity who we'll donate 25% of our revenue to, and sit back knowing your gadgets are protected!
What are the main conditions on the gadget insurance policy?
Your gadget must have been purchased in the UK, within the last 3 years. Second hand items must be refurbished by the manufacturer.
Can I insure second hand gadgets?
Second hand gadgets must have been purchased with at least a 12 month warranty that is currently still active
Can I insure a gadget that was bought by someone else and gifted to me?
You can! As long as the device is less than 3 years old since purchase, and you'll still need to provide a receipt should you make a claim - so ask them to keep this safe!
Can I cover the gadget of someone under 18 on an adult's policy?
That’s fine! As long as the policy holder has proof of ownership/purchase, as these are required if/when a claim is made.
How do I cancel my gadget insurance subscription?

Can I insure different types of gadgets under the same policy?
Yes you can! With our subscription you can add up to five items, and even get a multi-item discount on your policy.
Can gadgets with different owners be insured under the same policy?
In this instance, we would recommend each owner taking out a policy, in case an incident occurs in the possession of someone not named on the policy, as this would likely end up voiding a claim.
Can I add items to or remove them from an ongoing gadget insurance policy?
Not a problem, simply get in touch on our live chat or email email@example.com and we can amend your policy for you.

I need to make a claim. What do I do?
Simple. Head over to Claims, where our expert claims team will help get everything sorted. Alternatively, please call 0333 400 9048 (local rate call) and a member of the claims team will assist you
Please be aware you'll require proof of purchase or ownership to claim. This could be a reciept, bank statement, email confirmation, etc.
If I do need to make a claim, how long will it take to receive compensation?
We do our best to get claims resolved as quickly as possible. Usually we can resolve a claim within 48 hours, however this may depend on what type of claim is being made.
What is the excess if I have to make a claim?
This is dependant on the price of your item and what you choose, our excesses are £35, £75, £125, and £175.
