Device age
To ensure your phone qualifies, it needs to meet specific age and purchase criteria. Your device must have been bought in the UK within the last 24 months to guarantee it receives our protection. For second-hand phones, we require a minimum active 12-month warranty and that it was purchased within the last 24 months.
Plus, your phone must be in good condition—not lost, damaged, or stolen—at the time of insuring.

When it comes to insuring both new and refurbished phones with Arma Karma, we’ve got you covered. For second-hand devices, they must have a minimum active 12-month warranty and must have been purchased within the last 24 months. Additionally, the phone model must be under 36 months old from its UK release date.
